Our Classes & Houses
Our Classes
Our Classes are organised as follows:
- Acorns Class: Reception / EYFS
- Oaks Class: Year1 and Year2
- Willows Class: Year3 and Year4
- Poplars Class: Year5 and Year6
Our Pupil Admission Number (PAN) is 15. Therefore in Acorns, we take up to 15 children. In Oaks, Willows and Poplars we can only take up to 30 children.

Our Houses
Each child also belongs to one of our four School Houses - as created and named by the children themselves. Named after our local villages, these houses develop the "loving", "family" feel of our school even further. They support us for a range of activities and competitions such as Music, Drama, Festivals, and Sports Day. They are also used to great effect for our Yr.R & Yr.6 "Buddy" Scheme. The Houses are:
- Maisey House
- Rockley House
- St. Andrew House
- St. George House
The House System has proved a successful means of encouraging good behaviour, positive attitude and a healthy sense of competition within the school. Children are allocated to a 'house' when they join the school and where possible, we do put siblings together.
